From the first call to the door being repaired and the car back in the garage was maybe an hour and 45 minutes. I've repaired the door myself a few years ago, but the tech went beyond what I would have known to do in the first five minutes, and got it back working better than it was before it broke.

I made my appointment using their online appointment set-up and everything went smoothly! The Technician arrived at the stated time and spent a lot of time checking out what the problem was. He even spoke with Genie about the issue to confirm that it was only with the sensor and not the opener. After solving the problem, he cleaned up his work area and explain the difficulty to me. Great service & fair price! I will use again in the future!

The young man who came out (Chase) was very professional and did an excellent job repairing my remote, reprogramming a spare one and servicing my garage door. Anytime Garage Door Services was AMAZING!!! They were on time (always a bonus to me). They were efficient. They were well priced (huge bonus to me). They also went above and beyond the call of duty, oiling the hinges, springs, and adjusting the garage door opener. I would use them again, and recommend them to ANYONE!!!
