I highly recommend Erica! Erica was amazing at keeping us informed every step of the way in both the selling and buying process. Erica at Rhode to Home was an amazing agent! My wife and I were having a horrible time looking for our first house, we had 2 other agents before Erica and they told us we would never close on a house using the VA Loan in this market. We'll my wife called Erica and she went right to work for us. Erica was super positive from the jump and within a few weeks we had an offer excepted USING the VA Loan! Also we almost didn't even look at the house; we were exhausted and kinda wanted a break and Erica insisted on us seeing this house. She was totally right because that is the house we closed on. Dan and Amanda were nothing short of wonderful. My boyfriend and I being first time home buyers and looking for over a year. The house buying process can be stressful and overwhelming, Dan and Amanda walked us through every step of the way, answering all our questions.They were always aviaible to look at homes working around our busy schedule. We recently just sold our multi family home which was in the family for over 60 years.
Danny guided us through the listings, dealing with tenants (not easy) setting up photographer, open houses, obtaining legal representation and the inspections.
Given we both work full time Danny and crew made themselves available for anything that could take the load off of us. Regardless of what popped up Danny would say “ We’ve got this”. And he was right!
