Ok im just gonna be as blunt as i possibly can about this about the station at martin. The management there only cares about the saftey of there pockets apparently because hear recently on Friday August 13th 2021 i had a gun pulled on me by one of the residents after a group of them tried to physically assult me ive made attempts to reach the front office and still have yet to reach anyone to have the situation delt with properly. Theres not a rating low enough for this place its not a safe place for students to live i highly recommend if you are a student in the area find somewhere else to live

I loved touring these apartments with my family! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We spoke with Haley, and she answered all of our questions with ease! Would definitely recommend living here if you are going into college! :) 10/10

I came to the Station for a visit and loved the amenities and the overall campus. Haley is the staff member that helped me and she was excellent. She had an answer for all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and aided in the overall process with ease. Would Recommend and ask for her!

The Station at Martin is a fairly nice apartment complex that is continually making improvements. One of the most recent being their outdoor gaming section!! The staff is really funny and wonderful, specifically Haley Carpenter. She is very nice and professional. She works hard to make an enjoyable environment for all of the tenants that live there.

Love the atmosphere surrounding The Station. The pool and amenities are so nice to be a major college campus. The management team are so friendly and I appreciate Haley making the application process so easy and so knowledgeable concerning all my questions. Great place to live🤗

Love love the Station! The amenities are fantastic, pool is great, and the rec space is perfect for hanging with friends! Haley made the application process so smooth and was eager to help with any questions! Love the staff, location, and overall atmosphere!
