We were trying to coordinate a time to get an estimate on our roof and the women we spoke to was very rude and didn’t even want to try and work with us. It’s just very disappointing to see such a low level of customer service. And the call ended with her rudely hanging up on us. Overall very poor customer service and they should really try to do better.

Dave and Jake St. Hilaire are an absolute pleasure to work with. Dave (the dad) has been doing all kinds of roofing his whole life, and has done excellent jobs on various roofing projects that he's done for us, including slate, copper, and rubber roofing. They do outstanding work at reasonable prices and are very responsive.
