Without a doubt, the folks at Burkhart Insurance are the most friendly and helpful staff I have found anywhere. They are always on top of your insurance needs even when you not asking them to be. I've been a customer for many years and always appreciate the personalized service I receive. I always get to speak with a live person instead of minutes wasted on hold, redirection and recordings. I have been insured with Burkhart Insurance for over 40 years! I have never received an automated voicemail service during business hours. If I make call after hours, I can expect an early return call the next business day. Very respectful, responsive and never had an issue settling any claim that I might have, unfortunately, needed to make. The best in the area, Burkhart Insurance has my utmost respect for looking out for my individual needs.
