I would give them 10 starts if I could! Flat tire on 94 on Thanksgiving had us back on the road in 15 minutes!

They would not allow me to get my things from my vehicle although I was there when it was towed and came with title signed over to myself. Had trouble getting it on my name cuZ I lost a lien card, and most of what I own is in the car. It is obviously mine. as signed title should be enough.

Very upsetting to not be able to find out if our mothers vehicle is even in their lot when she is in the hospital so we can get the vehicle out for her. We would have the necessary paperwork at the time of pickup. Seems like just trying to accrue more fees by keeping it as long as possible. The other place in Albany was much more helpful and knowledgeable.

My daughters vehicle had broke down on a Friday night by Fergus Falls and I had to drive from Sauk Centre to Fergus to pick up her keys being it was already late I figured I would just call in the morning for a tow. When I called the next morning I was told they didn't have anyone available but when I told her my situation that it's my daughter's vehicle she was on her way home from college its stalled on the interstate she radioed the truck driver and they immediately found someone to run to Fergus Falls and bring her vehicle back to sauk for me. They were absolutely amazing kind and curtious

Was told they would be there within 45 minutes. 70 minutes later they showed with me sitting on the side of the road. Learned that the location the vehicle was being towed to farmed out body work right after it was picked up so called to have it dropped at a different location in plenty of time to make the change. They still brought my vehicle to the wrong spot because 'he was only 2 blocks away' when told it was told of the drop off location change (only possible if there was a delay in him being notified). The other location was only a few miles away. Thankful my insurance covered a secondary

Update: After being overcharged for towing and not getting a receipt so that I could bill my insurance company I attempted to call Shaggy's towing again. I finally got an answer after leaving an online message. The lady at Shaggy's said she would give me the receipt Monday. I will keep you guys posted.

We were driving back from North Dakota and got a flat tire on our boat trailer. Then had that one fixed replaced with a spare only to have that tire shred to pieces. Shaggy's was fast efficient to get it fixed. I highly recommend this company.

Today, I got lucky. My Denali got a flat tire in St. Anna, and I got stuck on a rural road in the middle of February 100 miles from home. I used the AAA App to call for help, which seemed fast and easy. The truth is that the la-la land of digital AAA isn't really connected to real life. But, fortunately, AAA connected me to Snuffy's Towing in Melrose, and the highly competent and conversational people there. Sophie in Dispatch talked me through a more realistic wait than AAA had "promised." Chris arrived about an hour later and quickly figured out a couple of complications

Travelling home to Idaho last summer on I-94, while stopped at a rest area 30 miles west of St. Cloud, I noticed a broken leaf spring on my small travel trailer. Being this was my second broken leaf spring within a year, I knew what was entailed in replacing it and knew it could be done easily onsite. However, the only option with AAA (or Good Sam Roadside Assistance) was to have it loaded and towed to an auto dealership back in St Cloud, with no guarantees on repair time, travel time or shop time. Great, was broke down, on interstate 94, made it to near by town. Called roadside assistance. Very quick service, they we there in less than 20 minutes. Was on a Sunday, they brought my truck to garage, and took me to hotel. Was repaired and on road again by 10:00am next day.

They went out of their way to help me even after I unloaded my misfortune on them for that I am truly sorry. Courteous, Professional, Outgoing, was there in a timely manner,If I ever need a tow again and I am in the same area I will not hesitate too call them.
