After getting several quotes, Richard with Ram stood out above the rest. He was so detailed in his explanation of the the design of the fence, how he would treat some trouble areas around trees and roots and offering solutions for any extras that I wanted. He checked on the crew all throughout the day. Communication with the company is really easy and response is quick. The fence is more beautiful than I had imagined. Communication was super easy with RAM Fencing! I reached out on Yelp and was quickly emailing with MaryLou, one of the owners. She sent over project manager Jeff to write up a quote for us. The quote was fair and two weeks later, Jeff and his team came out to do the project! It took two days. Everyone on the team was professional and produced high quality work! We are super happy with our new fence. I'd highly recommend RAM Fencing to anyone.

I had used Ram fencing in the past, so I was excited to have them on the job again. This time, however, was a disaster requiring me to hire another company to fix the fence that Ram installed.
The install on 9/15 left a fence that was wavy across the top to the point of being meme-worthy. While they did have to install around a tree, the sections on either side were not even on the same plane. In addition, they started on the wrong end (instead of where an 8-foot section already existed from a neighbor

Firstly, Richard and Mary Lou are both the kind of genuine, down to earth, morally straight people you wish were your next door neighbors. After a wind storm blew through and knocked down my fence, I researched a few fence companies and called RAM Fencing. Mary Lou came to my home the same day and gave me a fair estimate ($27 per foot). Despite… being swamped with other requests she was able to get me scheduled for a new fence in 5 days. SO happy that we decided to go with RAM for our new fence! When Matt came out to give us a quote, he was very thorough and explained our options in detail. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable!

I love my new fence! The crew showed up on time and got the job done in a day.
But the real reason I'm giving RAM five stars is because of their dedication to their customers and doing right by them. Mary Lou and Richard want the job done right--they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk.
Were there a few mistakes during install? Yes, but mistakes happen. It's how you make it right that's important. I followed up with Mary Lou late yesterday and less than 24 hours later, the issues were fixed.
THAT'S how you take care of customers.

I am very happy with the work RAM Fencing did to replace my back fence.
They showed up early the day they were supposed to, and did a great job.
The pickets are perfectly aligned and the use of square metal fence posts allows the width of the "good neighbor" fence to be as as small as possible.
They also worked with all the neighbors and provided each of us with a detailed invoice and the price was reasonable.
The fence looks great and I would recommend and use them for future work.
They showed up early the day they were supposed to, and did a great job.

SUPER happy with their work! I had them out to do my front yard fence a few months ago and since it looks so amazing I had them back to do the backyard (side and back) fence. They had to remove the old backyard fence with all these cement towers and build a new (taller) one from scratch with a custom french door (where one stays static and the other is used, but both can open if needed). The backyard fence definitely made my yard quieter by reducing road noise, darker by reducing street light pollution, and will reduce the temperature in the summer so that my plants don't die. We had a fence panel that partially blew off during a storm because the previous home owners were hacks! Called Ram and they were able to come out that day to look at the fence repair and give us a quote. They were very reasonable! They showed up 2 days later and fixed it! The work is top notch! They're now our go to for fence repairs!

5 out of 5 for RAM Fencing. This husband and wife team came highly recommended in my NW Austin neighborhood. They did not disappoint! After receiving 4 estimates, RAM was not only competitively priced, but their customer service was the highest - no questions asked. The owner was on site the day of the project from the start. He came over early to… go over the plan for the new fence one last time and then stayed all day to work with his team and ensure the best job done. We couldn't have envisioned a more professional business to work with, which is sadly a challenge in hiring home repairs

The quote process was really straight forward with Richard (the owner). I worked with him on describing exactly what I wanted, what I could afford, and how to merge it with the neighbor's fence. He was extremely flexible in terms of doing what I wanted as well as timing the installation.
When the time came to install the fence, Mary Lou (Richard's wife) came out with two other workers (Juan and another guy) and two trailers worth of stuff to get the job done quickly. They showed up exactly at the 9am start time and finished in 3 hours. They used quick setting cement for the steel

They replaced our existing fence, about 300 total feet.
The quoting process was timely and professional. I think the pricing was fair and competitive with the local market.
The crew showed up on time, worked hard all day for two days, paid attention to detail with their work and left the yard in good order when they were done.
The owners, Richard & Mary Lou, were actively engaged throughout the process, including spending time on site during the installation. They obviously care about the quality of the work.

Learn from my mistakes. I am so frustrated and disappointed that I feel i need to warn others before they go down this road. There is something to say about "getting what you paid for". If I had to do it again, i would use one of the big names like Viking and save myself the hassle. I am going to keep my review short and let the pictures speak for themselves. Basically the owners seem like nice people, they just use a crew that is unreliable and don't have the time or effort themselves to inspect the work properly. After weeks of repairing a job that was supposed to take 3 days,
