We briefly discuss the details and consult with you to schedule a free in-home estimate appointment. We schedule a visit to our showroom to make material selections (cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, backsplash, etc.) and go over more specific details about your renovation. Once you have made the material selections and agreed on the details to contract with Cabinet and Closet Depot for the project, the job start date is scheduled.

I was disappointed in my experience and felt like they were not honest with me, and perhaps even condescending. I understand I am just starting with a small closet job, but I have many closets so perhaps many more jobs.
I went in and was given a brochure, described my space and was given one impression about price--- the most expensive one is x and your space is smaller than that so you should be able to get your space done for no more than the most expensive system in the brochure-- literally someone who worked there said this to me. I was looking for a good closet company that was local. I wanted to get my mudroom, home office/library, & master closet done. I had been to other closet stores but all of the other franchise guys were just throwing stuff at me that didn't really suit my needs and confused me. I needed something simple, useful and good looking. Baris sat down with us and he asked very precise and professional questions. Like how much space did my shoes take, how much hanging space did our hanging stuff take, do we fold or hang more? No one had asked us these questions and I realized then I was at the right place
