Consistently great .I have been going to Dermed Spa for years now for facials and waxing services. I usually get the same esthetician because she is great and we have have gotten to know each other, but when she is not available or away I have also used two other beauticians here and they were also very good. The services are consistent. I always get Dermed facials with microdermabrasion and all I can say is my skin looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see a big difference in their skin.

After a number of regular visits for facials, I finally attended a Meet the Expert event and met the famous Lyn Ross. :) She is lovely and made lots of recommendations, of course, but nothing crazy and certainly not all the most expensive treatments and whatnot. (Let's face it, we'd ALL spend all the money on perfecting our skin if we could!) It was just a very honest assessment of what would work best for me product-wise and treatment-wise. Then I had my microderm and a peel with Lea who is just the best. The discounted costs for the event made it even better. I came home with a free moisturizer

Parking is good. But beware - they do share it with a lot of different shops. Might be tough to find a spot during peak times.
My BF gets his skincare things here probably once every 6 months. He's slowly been getting into it since he doesn't like dry skin. I personally use a special face soap but he prefers to get his here. I think he's tried several types of skincare, but says this place is the best.
The folks up front are very nice and polite. As a shop - they carry a lot of items so I'm sure they have even the most particular item needed.

Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service. I purchased a Groupon which expired. The groupon terms and conditions states that although the promotion expires the amount you paid remains of the same value. It's clear on the fine print and I have the email that Groupon sent confirming this. Well the Manager of Institute Dermed told me she will only honor $60 not the $99 that I paid. This is not only false advertising this is ilegal and it's called theft/fraud. I have been to this location and I have recommend friends before and I am very disappointed at the poor level or service

Just got sent away by 2 employees that decided to close TEN minutes before they close.
They are not supposed to close until 7pm. I get there 11 minutes (6:50 pm on a FRIDAY)before and they are walking out the door.
They claim that if they don't have a customer 30 minutes before they close they can leave early and because they already set the alarm it's too late.
I asked them where does it say that regarding having a customers 30 minutes before close.
They couldn't answer and said to come back in the morning. One stating to the other, "I have to go Tiffany (I believe her

I'm now getting my facials with Rumiko Acopa at Insitut Dermed. She's great at what she do and doesn't give too much pressure about buying products or upgrading services. One time she recommended a product that was too strong to be use everyday and my face was getting rashes. But she immediately agreed to see me and gave me treatments for the problem. Just like any relationship, if you can work out problems with the other person then it's all good. So I guess it is who you see that will work for you at this place.

Like Sherry, I found this place through Groupon. Jimmy got us massages, and I thought that they would be most beneficial after the half marathon. Little did I know that I would do a full day of yard work on the day before the half. Needless to say, that there was enough tension and soreness in my muscles to warrant a deep massage.
We arrived on time and were promptly shown to the back where we immediately filled out the new patient information. After all this is a true medical spa.
Amy showed me to the massage room, which definitely had a medical feel to it with the tile floor and walls.
