The best garage door company! Called them years ago to do some fix it work which came up on inspection report of house we bought. Come to find out, this company installed garage doors when homes were originally built years ago. What luck to call this company.
This week, we had an issue with a door coming off the track and door wouldn't close. The guy came out within 30 minutes--this is not first time they've done this for us. Amazing service and the guy really knows his stuff. Thank you!

Showed up 2.5 hours late for an appointment to look at our garage doors no call to say he was running late and no apology had to call them an hour after appt was scheduled to find out what was going on was told he would be there within the hour and showed up almost 1.5 hours later with no apology for being late. I waited the two hour appt window plus an addition 2.5 hours no respect for my time. Only giving two stars because receptionist was nice and the man who came out was quick while here and nice. I am just disappointed in a whole wasted day waiting around for him and a child who had to miss

What a rip off! I was told they couldn't give me a price over the phone instead had to have the tech come out, fine. When he arrived to fix the broken spring on my 1 car garage door he quoted a price of $500. I told the installer I had received a price of $250 which he quickly said he would match. Why do I have to haggle?
2 weeks later I have the other garage door replaced by a different company. Great price right off the bat, $175, plus they put on 2 springs, greased my track and tightened loose bolts. The also provided a 3 year warranty - which this place may or may not, but there isn

I had door spring broken at the time the right side cable was off. The company replaced the spring in May 2015. Less than a year, the same cable was off again, the company fixed the problem without charging said they have two year warranty, the same cable was off again a week ago, this time the owner insisted the cable off is not their installation problem, and billed $144 without changing any parts. This was very bad experience to continue to work with this company. Poor quality of service.

This was our second time using the doorhouse.
I can't thank them enough for helping us find the perfect set of doors for our project. Taylor did an amazing job helping us with all of our questions and concerns she was very diligent about making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Her customer service was second to none. Don't be fooled by the small show room their selection was amazing and they're pricing was better than their competitors.

Super impressed with the service. I corresponded with Tayler via email and got a rough estimate based on various scenarios. They were super accommodating with my schedule. Kelly got here right at 9am with a service window of 8-10. He fixed the door quickly and let me know ahead of time the cost.
I'm kicking myself for having our torsion spring replaced this past summer by a generic, "national" garage door company as it was expensive and seemed kind of shady. Going forward, I will definitely call The Doorhouse if anything else (knock on wood) comes up with our garage door

We replaced our three original garage doors with new ones from here. The price was our main motivator, to be honest. However, I can now say that the service was great too and I've been telling everyone about this store, because a lot of our neighbors are hitting that point where they need new doors too.
The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars was due to their hours. Monday through Friday 8-4, and sometimes closing early on Fridays? Working a normal 9-5 job with a commute it was very difficult to get down here to see the samples.. Note that their website does not list these hours

I can't say enough great things about "The Doorhouse," or as it used to be called, "The Best Little Doorhouse," to give you an idea how good it was to do business with them. After having a very bad experience with a couple other companies, who were not anywhere near a quality company they appeared to be online, I called "The Doorhouse" and right away was put at ease over the phone. I was dealing with a person who didn't need to transfer me to anyone or put me on hold to answer my questions. He was able to give me a quote over the phone for a new garage
