We vacuum form pan, or pan embossed sign faces with modified impact resistant acrylic, or polycarbonate. We can produce a face up to 8' x 20' in one piece. Larger faces can be produced with seams. White or clear, blank or decorated. We use 3-M brand 3630 translucent vinyl, or we spray the inside surface of clear AC or PC plastic, in one of our two full sized paint booths.
Using our State-of-the-art CNC equipment, we can custom manufacture your channel letters to exacting standards. Illumination with LED's, or Neon, our 4 1/2" or 7" extruded raceway mounted channel letters come complete and ready to install. Letters to be mounted directly to the wall, come complete with a mounting pattern, power supplies, 3' standard low voltage whips (longer by request), power supply enclosures, and wall busters.
