Nice people but dont know the difference between real and fake gold told me gold was fake but in the end was actually real only taking a mear few seconds to look at the pieces very unprofessional compaired to other big counties like summerville.. Like i said nice people service was good but the way they glance real quick at gold is pittiful 1/5 because they shouldnt be wrong telling people if gold is real or fake they should know 100% of the time not be "unsure" theres ways to test gold they just dont have the proper tools

I took in an older napier necklace to have the clasp repaired. It was an older piece, a gift and a very long necklace. I told them before hand that I wanted to be sure to keep the napier tag that was on it. They took it in the back and in a matter of 10-15 minutes his mom brought it out to me and informed me that he lost the tag! No apology, no discount, Nothing
I dont know why but I always felt like he just kept it. This happened a few years ago and I just thought about it because I'm looking for someone to work on a clock and their name came up.
