This place couldn't deliver the deadline that was given to me over the phone and in-person. Thursday morning I went to Asap Printing as we needed some items to be printed out for a huge conference we were going to on Friday, the next day. I was told our project would be done and ready for pick up by end of business that same day. They told me this over the phone and in-person, so I call them at 2PM (they close at 5:30PM) to make sure and they tell me that they haven't even started it and wouldn't even be done till the end of the following day. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Since I cannot write a review without rating them, I gave one star for the fair service I received here in the past. I visited ASAP yesterday requesting a 39-page document to be faxed. I thought it was rather pricey (1.00 a page), but I had to have it done. The fax machine took what seemed like an eternity to fax. The worker said it was “old and sometimes faxes two pages at a time” and that is exactly what started to happen.
