Property Managers Ray & Anita Cody, are the owners of Property Management of Telluride. They aren't exactly new to Telluride. Ray owned and remodeled a home here in 1998 and always dreamed of returning for years. After attending the 2005 Blues & Brews Festival, they worked on making that dream come true.
In June of 2006, they purchased a bed and breakfast, and named it Wildwood Canyon Inn, located on Colorado Avenue, and formed this property management company. Ray has enjoyed living in Chicago and Wichita, Kansas. He rollerbladed across the country for a favorite charity and is a youth ice hockey coach and player (he helped bring the sport of ice hockey to the middle of Kansas.)

Property Management of Telluride offers Caretaking Services for homeowners who prefer to keep their home vacant and available for use at any time. This program is also ideal for owners who have property listed for sale and want to keep it in tip-top showing condition. With every client and property being unique, we carefully customize our service approach to each situation.
We want to get you into your home and on with your vacation as soon as possible. In some cases, a condo may be ready before your scheduled check-in time. We want you to have the cleanest accommodations as the previous family and we'll be glad to let you into your rental home once it is ready. Check-in and Check-out directions and instructions will be sent via email after your reservation is confirmed.
