If there was a way to give negative stars as a rating this would be the business that would receive it! When Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. were running things this was the ONLY funeral home my family utilized but since the "new generation" has integrated, we've seen the change from putting and caring about the family first to now being very uncaring, impersonal, and all about their bottom line. We will never be come back nor recommend them again.
