My 2nd experience confirmed my 1st thought about this practice: They are concerned only with earning a buck. Due to COVID times, I missed 2020 routine exam. The Office refused me a cleaning service without all the bells & whistles (x-rays, a filling, and who knows what else). I was willing to do a cleaning, doctor exam, and bitewing x-rays, but that was not enough. ONLY if I consented to MORE services would the "doctor" be comfortable...Run from this place, there are many other available dentist establishments in Naperville ...Perhaps one where the receptionist will not snicker, and

I had called last week to check if they take my insurance. The receptionist who picked up had a unpleasant vibe and no patience when taking information from possibly new patient. I didn't make it to the end of hearing about my insurance being accepted because I was so upset with the way she lacked professional ethics of speaking with someone over the phone.
It says they are accepting new patients but I felt more like they are rejecting patients.
Word to receptionist, please handle yourself more professionally next time.

I’m giving five stars because the staff at this office have gone above and beyond for me time and time again. Whether working out payment plans, explaining things to me ten times, dealing with my dental anxiety, or being there to answer my call on a Friday or Saturday night. The doctor has personally called me back in a timely manner just to give me reassurance in multiple instances.
Sometimes I am frustrated with her honesty, because I’ve had previous dentists that probably wouldn’t do such a thorough job explaining or wouldn’t give it to me straight (ignorance is bliss). But in the end

This is a great dental practice! When I walk in I am greeted with a warm welcome, and everyone goes out of their way to do a great job and to make sure their patients are getting the best treatment. I even had the dentist in charge of the practice call me, on her day off simply to check and see how I was healing and if I was feeling any sort of pain or discomfort.

I don’t often engage in routine medical procedures, but the DuPage Dental Group has time and time again shown the utmost care and professionalism during each of my visits. Whether it be a simple cleaning or a minor surgical procedure, the knowledgeable staff always answers all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous. I will certainly be returning for all my dental needs.

Excellent experience. Never had a more thorough exam and cleaning. Dr and staff are exceptional. Happy to be a new patient.

They are very professional and helpful, The staff and Dr, Raghavan are very professional and concerned about their clients health.

I had the best Dental care during my visit for Comprehensive Dental cleaning. Dr. Raghavan and her staff provided great patient care and took time to answer all of my questions. Overall my experience was very pleasant and very satisfactory.

Dr. Raghavan is Awesome! She explains everything throughly!!! Best experience ever!!! The staff is amazing, takes time to address each patient accordingly!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience! Had a cleaning done and the hygienist was great with the cleaning. Liked that she didn’t have a heavy hand and also was concerned about how I felt through out the process. She was very cautious with my teeth, I give her 10/10 and also would highly recommend going to this practice!

This office has changed ownership. The hygienists are great. The billing person(s) aren't honest about what you're being billed for. When questioned, I was still provided misinformation and the appointment with the new dentist/owner was uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the dentists' unprofessionalism. Will update when issue is resolved.

Upon last visit to sign release of information forms for my family to a new practice the staff member tasked to have this paperwork signed and collect the fee stated that I would be charged a $19 deductible. Because this hadn't been mentioned

If I could give DuPage Dental 10 stars I would!!! I highly recommend this place, especially if you are apprehensive, bad gag reflexes and are nervous. This is by FAR the best place I have gone to for dental care. The dentist and her staff are very friendly and they do everything to calm your nerves. I have always been knocked out for procedures because I cannot get passed the cleanings, well at this office, I was not knocked out, I was given shots....hardly felt a thing. I was so nervous the entire time but that was on me. The dentist and her assistant kept asking if I was okay. Extremely gentle

Dupage Dental Group and Dr. Raghavan are great. I had not been to the dentist in a long time. They did not give me a hard time about that. They carefully explained everything I needed done and really motivated me to take better care of myself. They were easy to schedule with and worked hard to get me on the right track.
