Jimmy is so helpful and makes same day deliveries. I work with compounding pharmacies for my job and in all of my years I have yet to come across a pharmacy lie this that goes above and beyond for patients and pets. My French bulldog needs a compounded medication and Jimmy delivers it all the way in eastern Suffolk after hours. This pharmacy is amazing and I recommend it all the time. Jimmy deserves 10 stars!

I went to the ED which the vet said that this pharmacy will delivery my pet’s prescription within two hours... it has been two days and I am still waiting for my prescription for my guinea pig. He is about to pass and I am afraid he’s not going to make it overnight. Every time I tried calling it went to voicemail. I don’t know what to do.

Jimmy is always so helpful and kind. A great pharmacy for pet owners who need compounded medications. Jimmy went over all my options to find the easiest way for me to medicate my cat and explained how to administer the medications. Rudest pharmacy i have ever dealt with. At The front desk old lady must be retired already, rude, no professionalism. Overall my advice to the pharmacy please be very polite and respectful to everyone who enters your store so that we don’t feel unwelcome.

I found this pharmacy when I was looking for a hard to find medication for my elderly dog. Someone suggested a compounding pharmacy, I had never heard that term before. I went online and found Transcript. I spoke to Jimmy. He found the medication I needed, at the lowest cost of anyone else of the other 14 pharmacies I had tried. Jimmy and his staff are all so nice and helpful, ALL the time, they make it so easy to do business with them.. I highly recommend them.. If i could give them MORE then 5 stars I would.. Thank you Jimmy and staff for all your kindness.

Transcript, Jimmy and his staff are absolutely incredible, it’s always a pleasure dealing with them, they all have a great sense of humor and are very professional. I could be having the worst day and they always get me in a better mood, especially Jimmy, he’s hilarious. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I had an issue, but Jimmy was quick to rectify it. He showed me that he truly does care about my dog. He came up with a capsule formula that would be easier on my dogs stomach & called several times to ensure that it was a good fit for him. He even sent out a sample to ensure that Marco could tolerate it well. He was kind and apologetic for an issue I had with a new delivery company, even though it was not transcripts fault. I had a late Doctor appointment and my MD sent over a electronic prescription to Transcript. Jimmy not only filled the prescription immediately, he waited after his store had closed to make sure I received it that evening.
Now that is what I call customer care.

I cannot say enough about Transcript pharmacy! Jimmy is amazing. 6 months ago my cat started having seizures and needed to take multiple medications daily. I was so overwhelmed & Jimmy went above and beyond. He called often to check on us and took the time to explain all of the side effects and gave me great advice. He has been more helpful than the vets.

No one better than Jimmy at Transcript pharmacy . He is by far the most caring individual you ever can encounter in your lifetime . I was out of medicine the other day , his store closes at 7:00 pm. He waited for me to pick up my medicine at his store till 10:45 pm because he knew I needed it. Honestly no other business owner would do that. That just shows you the caring , compassionate man Jimmy is. If you use another pharmacy , I beg you to use Transcript Pharmacy for a owner who goes above and beyond for all his clients. Amazing and helpful place! I had to go in there for medicine for my rabbit and Jimmy could not have been more helpful he explained everything thoroughly to me and even customized her prescription as needed for her I wouldn't of even realized there was a mistake but he fixed it right away. I am very happy now and he helped me reassure that my rabbit will be fine.
