Rance King Properties Inc. has exclusively in multifamily property investments since 1976. We are a national company with current and previously owned properties acquired throughout the United States. During our lengthy history we have purchased over 158 properties that at today's value would be in excess of 3 Billion, more than 143 of those properties have gone full cycle.
Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 1031 provides for the deferral of capital gains tax which would ordinarily arise from the sale of real estate. Exchanging defers the realization of the capital gains tax, leaving the property owner with potentially more proceeds with which to purchase a replacement property.
