Met Sheen at the Del Mar home show. First person we talked to. We talked to several contractors after that. We chose Sheen. He was always on time for our appointments. Had great ideas and the results were amazing. Sheen has a great team behind him. From Karen in the office and Eric his project manager. If you are looking for an amazing remodel I strongly suggest hire Sheen and his Team. Being stuck at home hasn't been so bad since our remodel.

Sheen and his team were recommended to us and we have had an excellent experience. We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom, removed an exterior window and created the relaxing oasis we were hoping for. All we had were high level ideas and Sheen‘s design acumen and creativity translated these into a plan. The team is very communicative and stayed on schedule. My favorite elements of the project include a steam shower, soaking tub with custom African mahagony wainscoting surround and floating vanity. We couldn’t be more pleased and we highly recommend Speciality Home Improvement.

#2 The business uses a call center "receptionist" who's personality is a notch above gangsta tramp.
This receptionist wanted ALL of my data prior to even "opening the appointment calendar." This is a fail in optics and courtesy.
ANYTIME someone who works for/owns a company reviews themselves, it is a red flag and, in this case, it steered me clear of wanting to do business with them. Obviously, online reviews are potentially fraudulent (especially 5-star ones with little substance
