The Staff is very personable and pleasant. When you approach the front desk Bella will be there to greet you with a smile.😃 She goes out of her way to ensure every patient is pleased and she will follow up with a phone call Always accommodating and understanding & will make sure I have an appointment time that works best for me.
No awkward silences when you are in the hygienists chair 👩🏻🔬 even though you can’t talk back she will entertain you and give you an A+ cleaning! The dentists are all very gentle and look out for patients best interest!

If you want a good dental experience, and want your teeth to be halfway decent and not have the water hose meant for your mouth all over your face and into your nose stay SO far from this nightmare!!!! Went in for a broken front tooth, very well aware that a crown is needed- not k on only did the dentist Maria tell me the whole time how ugly my temps will looks scaring me and putting extreme doubt in my mind (not to mention made Me sound crazy for thinking they had same day crowns when it clearly states it on their website) we decided to bond my tooth while I rethink my situation- I then proceed

I just went in for my impacted wisdom teeth extractions and had an EXCELLENT experience! Dr. Petroche took care of me so well. She was kind, informative, and worked very efficiently. She made sure time and time again that I was feeling no pain or discomfort. Her assistant yolene (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) was just as kind and also worked super efficiently. The pair of them made my experience a great one and to make matters better, Dr. Petroche was so careful with the extraction that I have minimal pain (just taking ibuprofen) and almost no swelling.

I am not the kind of person who writes reviews in general and I hate going to the dentist. However, this time was different because by the moment I walked in the office, the atmosphere was great with very friendly staff and a very kind dentist. I felt I could be there for longer time and be happy. I’m very surprised.

The office is always clean and the staff is super friendly! Always straight forward with the information and always willing to work with me in terms of scheduling. The hygienists do a great job with the cleanings and gentle with the xrays. Although I haven’t had any real work done the doctors were great to meet as well. I think this office might be a training office as I feel as though I see a different doctor every visit. I highly recommend this team!

I highly recommend this dental office. The dentists and the staff are professional and courteous. The dentist, Dr. Robbins, explains things clearly to me and I trust his recommendations. I have also seen Dr. Petroche, for a periodontal consultation. Overall I feel I have received great care at this office.

I've been going to Broadway Dental for nigh on 7 years, and I never want to switch. Even though the circumstances for coming here are never something to be happy about, it is always a pleasure to come in. All in all, the staff make me feel like I'm their friend and that I'll always be cared for. And please for the love of God I hope Dr. Robin (the dentist) never retires.

I should've listened to the reviews. Had an appointment today at 12:00pm something came up so I'm not able to make it. I call to reschedule whoever I spoke with was extremely rude. Telling me you're appointment is in an hour and then says in a rude manner ok I'm going to cancel it. And I say but I would like to reschedule not cancel. She says "umm I'll have to let you know when I have an opening". Basically not wanting or letting me reschedule. So naturally I say I guess that means a no? She's like ok bye. Literally it's my 1st time even trying to go

Dr. Robbins is absolutely the best you'll find. He is transparent, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He is informative, approachable and good-natured, too. He has the best manual dexterity of any dentist around. Both crowns I've received from him have been nothing but stellar. I've had several "seasoned" dentists take a look at them, and they said, "Wow, these were done very well." "Whoever did your crowns did an amazing job." Above all, he is 100% trustworthy and will not make you sit through unnecessary pain or suggest over-the-top procedures. I

Dr. Leonid Kharin has helped to completely transform my smile. I no longer think twice before I smile. I needed a LOT of crown work to be done. Leonid payid attention to detail. He made me come for an extra appointment to take a look at the wax up of my teeth. None of the other doctors I worked with did that. He made my upper teeth look natural. He also did a zoom whitening on my bottom teeth. At the end of the process my teeth were crystal white! I got a quote for the same procedures in Newton and Brookline and I would have paid 2 times more there.
