HUD began insuring HECM Reverse Mortgages in 1989 as a way seniors access cash that would enable them to stay in their homes longer. No mortgage payments until you move from the home. You are obligated to pay your real estate taxes, homeowner's insurance and maintain your home in good condition. Your available cash is based on your age, home value, property lien amounts if any, and current interest rates.

I wish I can put zero stars, those people are so unprofessional, so rude and mean!!
Their agent who answered the phone was so rude, as if he is doing me a favor by answering my call. First, if You are not in a good mood to talk to customers properly don’t come to your office Sir. Second, you weren’t helpful at all!

Highly recommend! Tim Estes at Professional Mortgage Corp. made the home-buying process a breeze for my wife and I, who just bought our first home. Tim has helped me with 3 mortgages, one home equity loan, and one refinance in the past 20 years. The first was probably the most difficult as I was newly separated and several companies turned me down instantly. Not Tim. He found a great loan for me, using a family member to co-sign. Since then, he has continued to find low cost loans for rental properties, and keeps check on me and my needs. Tim is trustworthy, through, resourceful, and quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan.
