Please save your headache (and the hassel of calling multiple companies) and have this company be your first choice!
A few weeks back we purchased a new garage door from a local company. Door wasn't closing anymore, so called them to set up an appointment. They No showed today! FYI, our experience during our new door install wasn't the best, so I decided to call other companies.
This company was the only one to call back and have a same day appointment as advertised!! Didn't charge a ridiculous same day fee, bonus point.
