After reading all the great reviews, I thought this was a company I would like to hire too renovate our deck. I had high expectations that I would be dealing with a reputable business. Boy was I wrong... I called the company & they sent Scott Zochowski their remodeling consultant over. He was very friendly & told us how much he liked us. He took measurements of the deck & said he would present it to his team of estimators for a price & definitely let us know. He called the next day, said that there was a problem. He wanted us to call him back as he had a few ideas & wanted to talk to us "personally

Renaissance did a basement remodel for us and we couldn't have been happier! I am not particularly skilled in interior design and Alissa and Amy guided me to beautiful choices. Mike communicated well with us as the whole project progressed and monitored that things were done right. We love the end result and will be using them again!

Working in the Insurance world I deal with a lot of remodeling companies, and I can say without a doubt that renaissance exteriors & remodeling is the best company I have ever worked with. They are flexible and fair and do quality work no matter how big or small the job. I have personally worked with many of there sales associates and refer them to all my customers. After almost 20 years, our old pressure-treated deck was looking very tired, and we wanted to expand the deck without having to deal with all of the maintenance (and splinters!) We hired Renaissance Exteriors to build a Timbertech composite deck over our existing decking. The company worked closely with us to create the design that worked best for us within our budget, and kept in close contact with us throughout the entire project.
