My wife and I have been with exterminex for about 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say.
It's hard to find a company that are not just professional but are responsive and stands by their word.
Last but not least - can't say enough about Sean - great personality who makes you feel comfortable to have around your home and shows the utmost care to do a thorough job. He's the main reason why we decided to stick with Exterminex when we recently moved to another house.

Exterminex is a first-class company. Unlike many other exterminators it has a receptionist, Cindy, who promptly answers and returns calls. The owner, Jason, recommended the experts' method, a one-way trap door for squirrel removal, and provided a competitive project quote. I was most impressed by Anthony, the service tech. Anthony thoroughly checked the entire property including the roof, installed the one-way trap and sealed all other entry points. Not only is Anthony highly skilled, he is polite, customer focused and very professional. In short, Anthony is outstanding!

Professional, good prices, very responsive and very helpful! We switched our exterminator company this year from another company to this company (for an existing termite contract) and so happy we did! And It just so happens we have also had a few new issues this year with ants inside and a hornet nest outside our home. Any time we have had an issue this year, they were at my house as soon as possible to help out even if they had a full schedule. Highly recommend this company!

We had a Racoon which got into our attic from our roof. They came to put up traps so many times but the Racoon kept coming back because our roof needed repairs. They were so patient with me I called them over a dozen times and every time I called they felt bad not annoyed and that meant so much to me. They even Waited months for me to get my roof fixed and they came back and we finally got rid of the Racoon. I have to say this company is a life saver. In all honesty, probably the most understanding and exceptional service I've had before. Jason and Sean were great, they provided great service, great recommendations and Jason the owner was even able to beat everyone's price for wasp extermination. I explained that as a new homeowner I've been doing a lot of construction and renovation and he was very understanding of my budget. Sean was cool, calm and gave me great advice, he came by twice (second time to ensure there was no problem) and now my problem is completely gone! Thanks guys for a great service! Don't use this company. I've had the service contract since last year July 2018. There weren't any problems so I never have to call for any service. Last month on 6/21 (2 weeks before my service contract ended) we had an ant problem in the kitchen. The technician came and treated the kitchen area along with the bathroom which is right behind the kitchen. Everything went well until 7/7 when more ants were found in that bathroom. So, I called the office for service. I was told that I must renew my service contract of $525 since it has already expired on 7/3/19. But, they should

We could not have found a better exterminator ! WE LOVE SEAN !! He is hands down the best exterminator with the best personality in the world . I had a squirrel problem back in August. Sean came out to give me an estimate and then came back to squirrel/rodent proof the roof and foundation on another day. He was very thorough with his job and patiently answered all the questions I had.
Regarding the price, it was similar to what was quoted to me by two other companies. It was customer service that made me go with Exterminex. Squirrels haven't come back, so I'm happy.

I found this company while searching through Yelp and chose them based on former positive reviews. I called on a Saturday and spoke to Jason, who took the time to explain everything on the phone. He accommodated my schedule which was a plus. We signed up for an annual contract for termite control. A technician named Sean came by and really took the time to answer all of our questions, and we definitely had a lot of questions! The first time we called Exterminex was in April because a couple of wasps had made their way inside. I found them on Angie's list and they are very highly rated there. It was a pleasure setting up the appointment and they understood exactly how urgent I felt this problem was without me having to say it. They set me up for someone to come to the house for an indoor and outdoor wasp inspection.
