Medford Painting is an Oregon based company serving the Jackson and Josephine County areas of Southern Oregon since 1989. The company is owned and operated as a sole proprietorship under the direction of Paul Pettey, Jr., a second generation painter with 30 years experience who is licensed, bonded and insured as an independent contractor.

We at Oregon Trail Log Home Restorations feel that generally, Media Blasting (corn, glass blasting) is the best overall method of dealing with many log related problems. Some other methods for removal of failing finishes, sun-burned wood, mold and mildew issues, etc., are sand blasting or chemical stripping.
