Had a wonderful time working with Joseph and Debi to design the perfect wedding band. Ended up with a platinum and sapphire band that goes with my engagement ring better than I would have ever imagined! Not only do they clean my ring every time I stop in, but they also send out reminders to bring my rings in for regular maintenance. Needed a prong tightened on my wedding ring and did a Google search. Website advertised repairs so I called to confirm. Asked the man who answered if they did in-house repairs and he mumbled something that sounded like “no” so I repeated “no?” And he very curtly said “no- we send it out....to CHINA”. Click. Wow, so disappointing for a local shop that I would have loved to do business with.

I wanted something special for our 30th wedding anniversary and chose to purchase a "mother's ring" (a ring containing each of our children's birthstones, along with my wife's). Living over 300 miles from the nearest jewelry store, I turned to the internet but quickly realized I wanted a custom ring. Absolutely perfect! I had a number of diamond rings I had accumulated over the years and took them to Giamante Jewelers to see what I could have done. Joseph designed a beautiful (actually STUNNING) ring and even a cross pendant for me. The finished products exceeded my highest expectations! The service was excellent. Exceptional across the board. First-class service and very personable both on the phone and in person. Their showroom is elegant, classy, quiet, and has a nice ambiance; a distinct warmth is felt. Despite being a first-time customer, and not knowledgeable about diamonds, I was treated extraordinarily well. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

Giamante was wonderful to work with. Both my husband and I had our wedding bands custom made by Giamante. Joseph designed a wedding band to match my engagement ring and created a custom mountain skyline (based off a few photos we selected) to be engraved on my husbands. Debi was also very helpful throughout the process, helping us figure out what would be the best fit for us. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
