Called to schedule an appointment for a recall on my airbag emblem. Was told everything was in stock and service would be approximately an hour. I brought my vehicle there, was told it would be around an hour and a half. After two hours of waiting, I checked the status and was then told 30 more minutes. After waiting there for close to 3 hours, I was told it is done for the day but it is missing the airbag cover as they have to order it and Chrysler requires a two step process for this recall. Nothing was wrong with my previous cover and I was told it was not broken but it needs a new one. Then

I scheduled a service appointment to maintain the recommended routine maintenance on my Jeep. When I arrived at the Service Dept., Jay provided me with phenomenal customer service. And I also interacted with Chris in the service department. All my concerns were fulfilled and the Jeep was returned to me within the timeframe promised. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation last Week. When I arrived they told me there would be a 3 1/2 hour wait. They suggested I reschedule which I did. When I got there today they told me they would do their best to get to my vehicle but there were 2 cars ahead of me. My frustration grew as the time ticked by. I was there for 3 1/2 hours today. After I'd been waiting for over 2 hours I went and asked how much longer and was told they would be starting work on my car very soon. Granted they gave me a preferred customer discount when I checked out but that didn't make me feel any

Both times that I’ve come to this dealership it’s been more than 3+ hours for something simple (oil change, tire patch) and I made an appointment both times. What is the point of making an appointment if they make you wait 3 hours before your vehicle goes into service!? That’s not reasonable at all.
