2 weeks update - the fire pit stop working after 3 use. We reached out to customer service, at first they said due to limited resource, they’ll provide a photo and we can try to fix the wiring for the thermocouple ourselves. After I express my disappointment for the customer service we received, they offer to send someone the following week. Considering the amount of potential maintainable work of this fire pit and the difficult customer support, we decide to return the product for store credit. (Yes, white glove delivered product is not refundable. They only offer store credit).

Great experience from beginning to end. We went to their showroom a few months ago, and the staff were great. They were not pushy at all and very patient in showing us all our options and then giving us the privacy to talk amongst ourselves and make a choice. They had many beautiful sets and the showroom was quite large. The ordering process was quick and very easy. They had great communication post-purchase regarding our delivery. The set that we ordered is beautiful and great quality. I would 100% recommend this business and their products.
