Incredible experience. Called on NEW YEARS DAY and he was there to help me within a hour or so. Once he arrived, he was in and out within 20 minutes. Not to mention the great price. Definitely a "for the people" type of company. Don't pay more than you should and just call these guys. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE GREEN CHECK MARK PEOPLE. They just want your money and don't care that you're stranded, and you will pay 2x as much.

Super-professional, FAST service. We have been missing a key to one of our vehicles for a month, putting off calling the dealership for a new key to be made. My expierence with Austin express keys was phenomenal! I reached out to them from a friend that had recommended their service to me. I got a quick response, an immediate price, and great service! My car key was stolen and I let them know I did need the key by the same night and they let me know they had a service on the opposite side of town from me and would reach out to me if they could come by, and they did! I was impressed by how quickly they reached out to me to let me know they were on their way and it did not take long to make me a whole brand new key! And was also able to disable my previous

Worst services Ever. They refuse to fix key fob after panic button not working due to technician not doing job right I mentioned it to them day after I got a key fob and they refuse to fix it saying I should have mentioned it that night but I can’t just press the panic button at 11 pm on my street. Wouldn’t recommend this locksmith to any one

Technician was quick, polite and knowledgeable and explained to me the type of locks I had and the device he needed to use etc. Reasonable price. I am very pleased with this service.
