We felt as if we got pushed to the side, forgotten even. Chad was very helpful in the beginning. Eventually he stopped responding to us and never called us when we asked to speak with him because we were confused and frustrated. We were not able to get through to the office phone or his personal phone and still have not heard from him. Very frustrating. After 6 months we didn’t even get close to applying for a mortgage. We went somewhere else and got a mortgage instantly with a very good interest rate. So basically we wasted the last few months waiting for no reason.

Sorry for the account name, our son set it up :). We are the Fullers and we just finished up a refi with Chad. This refi was quick and efficient and the easiest process we have ever experienced. Chad was professional and knowledgeable and got back to us quickly on any question we had. We were so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I have never done a refinance before, and I was worried how complicated things might be in general and especially with the pandemic on top of it. Raintree made everything a breeze. They outlined what they needed from me and most everything was sent via DocuSign for convenience. Even the notary came right to our house for the final signing! I went from start to finish in only about 3 weeks. Chad and his team were professional, responsive, and very friendly. It was an exceptional experience.

As a single woman, refinancing my home, I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and thorough Chad was at helping me obtain my loan.
