Doctors Express Urgent Care

Recently went a couple times to take my LFT’s and had a very good experience. The staff are very professional and helpful, especially nurse Alison! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We go here all the time for general repair - shots, sicknesses, and stitches. Definitely way better than the big hospital if you can avoid it. All the staff and MDs are great, can’t recommend enough.

I love that they have the staff come in and see you, instead of you having to go to the nurse, then to the doctor and then to the Pharmacist. Everyone comes to see you while you sit comfortably in a room. Very professional service from start to finish! Dr. Johnson & Dr. Gregory, Nurse Marissa and Pharmacist Vishal are awesome! Thank you!

I recently had to visit Doctors Express concerning a condition identified in routine blood work. Dr. Gregory was fantastic. He was very patient and took the time to explain things to me in terms that could understand. My particular condition made me very upset and worried, Dr Gregory went above and beyond to put matters into perspective. Great bedside manner, down to earth and most of all, calming.
The entire staff at Doctors Express were wonderful. I would recommend Dr Gregory to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and caring Doctor.

Recently I dislocated a finger quite badly playing touch rugby. It happened at about 8:15pm on a Thursday and a friend drove me to Doctors Express. Nurses Catheryn, Silva and Marissa saw me almost immediately followed by Doctor Michael Robinson. They all took exceptional care of me, and I believe by 9:15pm (within an hour of the dislocation) the finger was perfectly back in place and I experienced no pain, any discomfort the medical staff were able to quickly sort out. I am so appreciative to live in a place where I could receive top class medical attention so quickly - thank you nurses and doctors

Having just relocated to Grand Cayman we were recommended Doctors Express to register with for all our family Doctor needs.
We found that they offer a highly professional service - the registration process was easy (utilising their touch screen pads), and the initial consultation was very thorough! Dr Mike Robinson was my appointed Doctor for my first visit, and I would highly recommend him! If you are looking for a top-notch Health Provider here in Grand Cayman, then look no further!
Oh, and did I mention that they are open 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week, with no prior appointments necessary!? Brilliant

Doctor Mike Robinson is the best doctor I have had in my life. He took my symptoms seriously and went out of his way to test me for both things that might be covering my short term symptoms as well as recognizing something that may be creating some of the characteristics I display. When they did find something they were prompt an accommodating in helping me get treatment. I cannot recommend him and Doctors Express enough. They are all so accommodating, transparent, clean, friendly, non judgemental, and believe their patients when they explain what they are feeling. Don't hesitate at all before

All round excellent care and service. Was seen by Dr. Gregory who is not only extremely thorough but has the most calming bedside manner. The on-site pharmacist was also incredible and very thorough. Amazing walk-in experience (non-resident) and very efficient one-stop shop for medical needs. Thank you!

I visited tonight and was accommodated by Dr. Mike Robinson, and Nurse Silverleen. Awesome people and has displayed exceptional service to their patient. Both are so kind and so helpful. One of the best and fastest doctor visits I've had! Staff were very friendly and extremely informative. I highly recommend coming here. They are up to date with the convenience of technology (private and personal checking in). Very efficient overall!

The doctors and staff at Doctors Express Urgent Care are amazing! They really care about helping patients. My husband and I got off a plane from the states and immediately went to the urgent care because we suspected he had strep. The manager and pharmacist were more than helpful when dealing with out of country insurance, and they were very upfront about the whole process. I've left a positive review for Doctors Express on Google and now Yelp, and we can't thank them enough for their professionalism and care!
