Our executive search and contract staffing experts have assisted established and early stage companies to successfully build their leadership teams. We recognize that every search is distinctive and our goal is to provide the finest search options to each customer. StraussGroup searches are underscored by our signature philosophy that We Read People, Not ResumesTM; we work for customers and candidates with respect and thoroughness.
A retained search assures customers a total commitment from StraussGroup to present a minimum of four to eight qualified candidates typically within six to eight weeks. Each search begins with a designated team of at least three StraussGroup experts: an industry specific search consultant, a sophisticated research analyst (project coordinator) and dedicated administrative support staff.
Our dedicated search represents a commitment from StraussGroup to present a minimum of three to five qualified candidates. This process is typically completed within 30 days from the start of the search. Customers are assigned a dedicated researcher and senior consultant. We assure exclusivity: this means we never send a candidate to two clients simultaneously during a search process.
A contingent search represents a limited commitment from StraussGroup but does not preclude us from performing original research for certain searches. In this realm, we work primarily within our existing candidate network and proprietary database of candidates. We also use social media technology to discover industry-specific, working candidates.
Organizations requiring temporary help to fill short-term assignments, multiple candidate project work, or quick turnaround often elect to use our contract staffing services. We typically identify and present candidates within 24-72 hours, depending on the position. Our contract practice specialties range from administrative positions to high level technical, engineering and senior level corporate positions across a broad range of industries.
