Nature thrives best when life is simple, balanced, and in harmony. For many, that's far from the life we know. The stresses of today pull us away from balance and harmony as we merely survive. Taking a toll on our body, mind, and spirit often not realizing to what degree until much later. Many looking to regain that balance often seek the wisdom of nature in a walk, time in the sunshine, or a breath of fresh air.

Pain, injury, and 'dis-ease' can all take it's toll on how actively you live life. Paying attention to these symptoms gives your body the best opportunity to heal sooner. Mental Freedom. Lack of vision or clarity, poor decision making, feeling 'foggy' in mind, and over-thinking are a few ways our mind can show it is struggling to maintain balance.
I went to Linda about year ago because of stress and pain. I was skeptical at first but after each session I kept feeling better and better. The stress seemed to be relieved and blood pressure was going down. In addition my shoulder pain was going away. I believe Linda is excellent at the art of acupuncture.
What can Acupuncture help? My personal opinion is that Acupuncture can help with anything. It is helping your body work better together. Bringing your body, mind and spirit more balance and harmony allowing your body to heal itself. I've heard from clients that often they've 'tried everything else, this is their last resort' and often find much success.
I'm excited to be back in the Willamette Valley, as my family has been here for generations. I am ready to help clients discover their True Vitality! I earned my B.S. in Animal Science from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. I later continued on in my education to receive my Masters Degree in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture from the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture (ITEA) in Louisville, Colorado.

Linda is amazing. She combines careful listening with empathetic care. I don't understand how acupuncture works, but after a session with Linda, it felt like my body was completely reset and my brain was working again! Linda helped me with anxiety and panic disorder, and I appreciate her knowledge so much!
