Kevin Barnes and his team did a phenomenal job assisting us during the purchase of our property in VT. My wife and i decide to buy a ski/vacation home in Ludlow VT. and were referred by a friend to Kevin at Vermont Properties. We were extremely happy with Kevin's honesty and responsiveness. There were a couple homes that Kevin would not show us because he knew they had issues or where in flood zones, saving us a couple hours of road travel, which my wife and I greatly appreciated. You couldn't be in better hands. Especially given that the sellers broker, also a Ludlow realty company, was very very difficult and made this purchase a huge challenge. Sarah Sheehan was professional, kind and thorough. She worked with us through the process of purchasing land. My wife and I were recently represented by Sarah Sheehan on our purchase of a vacation home in Plymouth, VT. I am not exactly sure how my wife found Sarah but she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. At first, we weren't even sure if the Okemo area was the one we wanted to be in so she went to far as to refer us to agents in other neighboring mountain areas. When we ultimately decided on an area, Sarah showed us everything in the area that we might be interested in.
