Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. Understanding the benefits of pre-planning has prompted many to take the step to plan their own arrangements.
Most of us are not prepared to plan and carry out a funeral ceremony for someone we love. My mom is terminally so we called, twice, to start arrangements. That was 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a call back from them. In this devastating time, I really don't need this stress. Guess I'll be using a different funeral home. One star.
I did end up using them for my mom's services. It was the salesman, Tanner, who dropped the ball.
I was very please with the funeral directors, especially Joe. My mom looked very peaceful. Thank you Scott's for a beautiful service. 5 stars!! And Joe, I'd give you 10 if I could! Thank you!
