No customer service whatsoever. I paid for service at home I didn't live at for almost over a year. I was unable to update my account online or reach anyone or get a call back when I would leave messages.
I hope you were still able to service the address, the actual homeowner was interested.

Exceptional service this time! The technician sprayed and then went around the outside perimeter of our house knocking down spider webs. He even cleaned the patio furniture! This is the most thorough job that’s ever been done by a technician. I hope this is a new policy. It make the service worth the money.

Maybe I just happened to get the bad apple or something, but I regretted signing up with this company immediately.

When I arrived home to find the invoice stuck in the door, the guy had checked off the box for "dewebbing" yet there were still spider webs within 3 feet of the front door and on several exterior windows.

That combined with the lack of evidence he had even entered the back yard, and the ants still crawling up the front of my garage door frame, made me wonder if he did anything at all or just came by and dropped off a receipt with a bunch of boxes checked off.

We've had OCPC service us for years. They spray outside perimeter and put gel in the inside. We haven't had any issues with insects whatsoever. Including those pesty aunts. Totally worth every penny! We will continue to remain loyal customers. Thank you!

Spiders were back within 3 days of the first service. I took them at their word that they would come out anytime between services to do a "touch up" but have not had my calls returned. I cannot say that I am having a "five star" customer service experience like "Chris S"...because I'm not.

I have been with Orange Coast Pest Control since we bought our house in 2010. The are great. We live on the bottom of the mountain so pests and rodents are common. In using Orange Coast Pest Control we have not had any major issues with either. We love their orange spray since we have cats and a dog. I totally recommend them.

I will never ever use this company again! Horrible customer care and it just made it worse around my house when they came to spray. Then I called and told them I didn't like how my house was becoming worse and the pretty much told me oh well your in a 1 year contract.

We have been using Orange Coast Pest Control for over a year since our old Pest Control was bought out by a large chain who did not offer us the same type service as our previous technician so we dropped them when we just became a number.

We tried Orange Coast after speaking with their customer service and we have been happy with their service. They notify you with an email reminder at least a week and a half in advance so if you have plans, you can give them a call to reschedule.

The technician arrives and actually makes contact with you at the door, if you are home, and they let you know what
