Historyland Home Inspections LLC inspects homes of any size and age, ranging from small condominiums to expansive waterfront retreats. Todd has a special interest in historic homes and has renovated (and maintains) an 1850s farmhouse. He is well versed in home construction having designed and built two homes of his own.
How long does a home inspection usually take? A. Typically they take between 3 to 5 hours to complete. However, age, size, and additions to the home are also factors that may add additional time to the home inspection. What if my inspection report reveals a problem? A. One of the purposes of a home inspection is to identify any parts of the home that may need attention.
