I brought a truck to platinum signs for a partial wrap and lettering. Made an appointment and approved the design. They requested half down to reserve the day and buy the vinyl. Brought the truck in on the agreed on day only to realize that they had forgotten about my appointment and were not ready but willing to do the job anyway because I could prove that I made the appointment. Go to pick up my truck and it’s half done, air bubbles throughout the lettering which I was told would just go away on it’s own (it doesn’t work like that). Against my better judgment I bring the truck back for

Do not do business with this company!!! Had them print logos for my company and had one problem after another as well as one excuse after another. Had dirt underneath wrap that was popping out of logo, color was wrong even though the proper files were sent, lines on logo were wrong, lettering looked like a 1st grader cut them with plastic scissors, lettering chipped after only two weeks. I was assured they used top quality materials, maybe they do for other people but not for my company. To top it all off the company told me they were not going to do business with us anymore after doing one vehicle
