I used Mr. Jobe for a Chapter 13 some years ago. I found him to be knowledgeable of the laws and very understanding that "sometimes bad things happen" to good and bad people. His office staff, especially Ms. Jackson, was always polite and helpful. If you HAVE to file bankruptcy (and for goodness sake don't do a consumer bankruptcy if you can avoid in at all) I would tell you that it might be better to go with another law firm but I don't know what firm that might be.
