Trying to work with 3:23 was the absolute worst experience. I paid a 20% deposit, as stated in their contract, to schedule an appointment. The job was to replace portions of existing fence with privacy fencing. Prior to that appointment, my husband and I trimmed trees and removed a shed that the estimator said was in the way. The day of my appointment rolls around and no one shows up. I call the office at 10am asking for an ETA and don't get a response until 3pm. I'm asked to reschedule and I do. Our overall experience with 3:23 Fence Company is average because there were several hiccups. After chasing them with phone calls and text messages, they came through ultimately gave us a beautiful product. Great experience all around. We originally contracted with the previous owner and the business changed hands right around the time of our job. I didn't have any knowledge of either owner other than what I could find online. Roland and Megan were great. Very communicative and they honored the price that was already set- very reasonable. The crew was efficient and professional. We'll definitely go with them again.

We decided it was time to replace our old, decrepit, fence with a new & more secure fence after a burglar removed fence pickets to gain access to a home a few blocks away. We got bids from several contractors before choosing 3:23 Fence Company. Their bid wasn’t the cheapest, but it was quite reasonable for what we asked.
