In 2009, Harry Dhillon launched his first limousine service with a single vehicle after spending two years working as a chauffeur from 2007 to 2009 for two limousine services. Harry concluded that he could provide better service than customers were receiving with a better vision.

I have used San Jose Limo on more than one occasion but will no longer be using this company. I paid for a trip to the Shoreline for two girlfriends of mine for a concert that I didn't want to attend so I decided to pay for the ride. The girls were running late so I told the driver that when he got there. I gave him $20 for waiting. He waited 25 minutes. I walked the girls to the car with a bottle of champagne and two glasses, once they took off, the girls called me very upset, the guy was driving like bat out of hell, and spilled the drinks and also drove so bad that the champagne
