I have been using Boyer and Boyer for 10 yrs and not once have I had a problem with filing my business taxes. They are very accommodating and thorough and patient when is comes to my untimely delay in filing forms for tax filing. It appears the other customer might have experienced a one in 1000 error that happens, no business is perfect despite how hard we try.

I do not recommend this business. When we moved to DE we used this location to file our 2015 and 2016 taxes. In May of 2017, we received a notice from the IRS that we did not satisy our 2015 taxes owed. Boyer and Boyer said they would look into this for us and let us know the outcome of their investigation. I followed up with them one week after giving them the form and a POA to complete the investigation on our behalf. They were still investigating and assured us they would get back to us with an update within 7 business days. They did not, so I followed back up 2 weeks later, speaking with Sandy
