Polonia opened it's service for Seniors in the year of 1980, as a family owned and operated referral service (placement agency) helping elderly/infirm, to find good people to take care of them.

Our caregivers are bi-lingual, have extensive experience and good references from previous work places. Copies of these references are always provided for Seniors Family by Polonia. None of Polonia's Caregivers are selected via internet or phone. All Caregivers come to Polonia's office for a personal evaluation and to discuss each assignment to the smallest detail.
Anna D. was primary care giver for my Mother for six years until she passed away, at the age of 94. Anna is very loving, caring and a hard worker. My Mother could not have had a better life in her final years because of Anna. I believe because of the quality of care and quality of life that my Mother's life was extended.
I have observed the fine work of Ms. P. who was a care giver for one of my rural patients for most of the past year. I observed Ms. P. to be and exceptional health care worker. She faithfully and professionally attended to the special needs of my patient with Alzheimer's dementia, and also actively helped with other tasks in the household.
My father suffered from Parkinson's disease. As a result, he was completely reliant on Marianna to transfer him from the bed to his wheelchair and back again. His care also required diapering and feeding. For the last year or so, he lost his ability to communicate verbally, but Marianna would be always patient with him in determining his needs.

He cared for my dad for six months in his home until my dad passed. Even when my dad got hospitalized Yuri continued to care for him daily for us. We were looking into hiring them to care for our loved one and before we got too far in the process, we had an encounter with Irene who works in administration that was so bad that we ceased any further communication with the company. I called simply to set up a meeting with the caregiver who not only would be taking care of my family member, but would be living in his house. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to meet this person before officially hiring him or her.When I made this request, Irene became very angry, argumentative, and wouldn’t

If you are looking to be employed by them stay away as far from them as possible. They take your deposit promising to find you a job but when you want your money back after no job they will scream yell and curse at you and will not give your money back. They threaten you by calling the police. This is the biggest scam.

FAMILIES PLEASE BEWARE!!! We went through 3 caregivers through this agency. We are a very trusting family, and learned that this is a very big mistake! You must be very vigilant on your exact needs/requests, as the last caregiver we had thought that she was in charge and knew best; everything from food to medicine. DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY UNLESS YOU WANT ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER YOUR LOVED ONE. Please feel free to reach out to me if you want to know the specifics. Started out ok. My family and myself didn't have many issues ar first. But as time went on things continued to decline. We used them for a dimentia patient and everytime a licensed medical professional would offer infornation on the care needed the caregiver woukd argue and continuously fight over what they thought was right. I reccomend having a lawyer review the contract if you are seriously considering this company. When the owner was contacted for replacement she responded the same way. Reccomendations are to look elseware for care.

I was called and told they have job for me. And was asked to provide my credit card number to secure the job asap. Was told $1200 will be charge and if i dont give my credit card i will not be guranteed job tomorrow. I was never even invite to office for interview or to meet. Seriously , honestly you think i am gone just provide you with my credit card over the phone. No way. In polish news papers said nothing about founder fee. Missleading information. website said all fees paid by family members. Double dipping ???
