I came to HBP last summer with a rush order for wedding invitations that a friend designed but (alas) didn't send the files until the invitations should have already been sent. Another friend recommended Julie Ahalt as the project manager she'd done lots of business printing contracts with. Julie was professional, accommodating, and realistic. She express-mailed paper samples to me, and gave me the estimates and timetables I needed to make decisions quickly.
