Walked in with my child to get a covid test , guy at the register told me I had to swab my child’s nose without having knowledge how to do it the correct way ! The only reason I went there was get it done PROFESSIONALLY by a PHARMACIST. He should have told me before he took my insurance and I.D , ended up not doing it and walking out . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Dr. Zalak Shah the pharmacist and his staff have been awesome during this crazy time of COVID panic. I've watched the lines and even stood on one back on 12/28 as I needed a PCR for travel purposes. I watched him and his staff then, and in subsequent days deal with those looking to get tested with grace and patience despite the anger and hostility of some of the customers (I returned to the pharmacy with family members that needed testing and to obtain a booster for myself).

I wish that I could feel satisfied like the rest of the reviewers here but it is not a good pharmacy. It was too over crowded while waiting on line to get my covid test, it was disorganized, it didn't feel safe to get tested there. I haven't received the results yet for job purposes and I've been calling and no response either. Maybe the place need some improvement. I should find a better pharmacy center to get tested for covid. God Bless and Heal the world.

I called to verify that rapid tests were offered and they failed to mention they cost $85 (they’re free at CityMD btw). Also, the woman behind the counter had an attitude and was visibly annoyed with me when I pointed out that this pharmacy was listed as free for rapid tests on the state nj. She was coughing the entire time taking my information. The gentleman who did my PCR test was polite and friendly but overall would not recommend.

Great staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. I've been a customer since day one when it opened, they've transferred all my prescription information from another Nation brand Pharmacy.. they offer free delivery. I've gotten all my flu vaccines at this location. Customer service excellent the staff is wonderful they make you feel like family. I strongly recommend high-touch Pharmacy..
