As a multi-discipline engineering and design firm, our team provides a wide variety of engineering, architecture, and design services over a multitude of markets, including but not limited to commercial, retail, hospitality, government, casinos and gaming, healthcare, institutional, industrial, residential and community development.
Mr. Yen Wen Fang is one of the founders of Engineering Partners and has three decades of experience in as an Engineer, Project Manager and Principals in both Civil and Structural engineering. Mr. Fang's civil engineering expertise includes the design of roadways, grading design, street and intersection improvements, drainage, sewer collection, sewer studies, water systems, drainage systems, drainage, and flood studies.
Manuel Galvez has been working in the consulting engineering and construction industry since the early 2000's. Principal of Engineering Partners Las Vegas office, Manuel is responsible for the day to day office operations and management of our engineering team.
His design experience as a mechanical engineer includes HVAC and plumbing for single and high-rise buildings, pipe system design, ductwork sizing, hydronic systems, fuel gas systems, stream systems, smoke control documentation, HVAC controls, building feasibility studies, and LEED design.
