This was the best furniture buying experience ever. My husband and I went into Sacto Furniture randomly. What really drew us into the building were the murals outside. We went in and we were immediately greeted by Andy. Andy was so welcoming! He also asked us what we were looking for and got straight to the point. He told us how much the product was and when it could be delivered. Others might not find this appealing but I did! It was no nonsense purchase and I loved it. Unfortunately I didn't purchase furniture from here but really wanted to. My place is super small and I was looking for something with a chaise and possibly a sofa bed. I also needed it within the week. Demanding I know. (Last minute kind of gal)
The guy working made me feel comfortable and was honest about my purchase. He did everything he could to accommodate my measurements but my space was just too small. Due to Covid I would have had to wait up to 12 weeks for the piece I wanted. I went to 18 furniture stores and no luck.

I cannot say enough good things about Sacto Furniture. From the first minute of contact with Andy and his staff was BEYOND amazing at providing service. He provided detailed information about the furniture, confirmed that it would fit appropriately, confirmed the layout of the dining room and made suggestions, and then sent an update for each step of the order. There were no surprises which is amazing. Then came the actual delivery - I have never been so impressed with delivery, set up, and speed. It was perfect. This is defiantly the best place around! The staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly! It took us less than 20 minutes to find what we were looking for! It was a great experience! Look no further!!! Sacto Furniture is my go to for furniture! I would like to keep them my secret but why be selfish. Great pricing, excellent friendly staff. Delivery and set up is just the same. Andy and his team at Sacto Furniture are incredible! It was truly such a pleasure to work with them and order furniture. Andy worked with me every step of the way to help me find furniture I loved and that was in my budget. I ended up ordering a dining table set with 4 chairs, a couch and bed frame. I am so pleased with all of the pieces! They are great quality and look beautiful. Additionally, the gentlemen who delivered and assembled the furniture were kind, polite and quick. The team updated me every step of the way from estimated delivery date, time frame as to when it would actually be delivered

We’ve purchased our kitchen table over the summer and most recently, a sleeper sofa from Sacto Furniture. Andy and his team were excellent from start to finish. They were really easy to work with and super helpful. We used their website to find a couple of pieces we liked and then texted to narrow things down. Their prices and quality are great. From some of their own pictures I had higher hopes from this place, but when I came to visit it wasn't worth the trip at all!
There wasn't much furniture and the furniture they had was not good quality at all. They kept telling us that they would order any furniture from the catalog that we wanted, but they didn't have much in stock.

By far the best furniture business out there!! Exactly 1yr ago I purchased a bedroom set through them. From the moment I walked in the door the welcome greeting and great customer service was outstanding. Andy was understanding of my children and worked around my distracted brain. He gave honest opinions and asked all the right questions. I gave him a budget and with his amazing taste he came through with a set beyond my imagination. Upon delivery the crew sent to me were on time, pleasant and efficient. Overall it truly was a great experience.
