True Plumbing is a fantastic, caring, and compassionate company! Recently, I opened a water bill and had an $825 bill! It's usually about $100 a month so I was absolutely panicked. I immediately called Aaron who has been a life saver as far as repairs on the house for me since my husband's death on May 26th. Thank you Joel and Curtis from True Plumbers & AC. Both were very nice, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. We had a main drain that was clogged and backed sewage into one of our showers. It took some time to get it figured out due to the clean out was hidden under dirt and mulch, but they got it. They even helped with adjusting the height of the clean out so it would not get covered up again. I definitely would call them again if anything else happens that I need a plumber for.

Joel & Frank arrived within an hour to diagnose and resolve an issue with our main line being clogged. They provided helpful suggestions concerning care and maintenance practices we can follow in the future. They were both very courteous and spent extra time to ensure everything was functioning properly before they left.

Charles Stanley came out to help us when our AC stopped working the other night. He was an awesome tech and extremely efficient. I also love that he did not try to sell us anything we did not need. At our previous home we had another company and every visit was another item we were not prepared for. We felt we were being taken. I HIGHLY recommend True Plumbing and Charles. We will definitely use them again and ask for Charles.

I’ve had to call on four different occasions for services and every time I’ve been treated great and been completely taken care of. The last two gentlemen, Brandon and Carey, not only replaced my garbage disposal, but gave me advice on other things and informed me of proper upkeep for certain appliances! One guy quickly taught me how to fix my dry wall by my front door! They went above and beyond and I’ll never use a different company 🙂.
