Services
Our registered nurses are compassionate and highly qualified to deliver care prescribed by your doctor in the peace and comfort of your home. Some of the services we offer are colostomy and catheter care, personal hygiene care, administering medications, setting up and maintaining medication schedules, tracking in-home equipment statistics and training for family members.
If you or your loved one have recently had a major hospital stay, your doctor has probably explained that you might be needing additional help at home for the initial period of recovery. Hospitals release patients as soon as they are deemed stable, but this often doesn't mean that they are fully functional.
Certain types of conditions require administering an IV drip for a lengthy period of time. In some cases, this means spending an extended period of time at the hospital where skilled nurses trained in administering IV infusions are available 24 hours a day. Rather than staying at the hospital, however, most patients prefer receiving their medication from the comfort of their own home.
Are you or your loved one suffering from a persistent non-healing wound? A wide range of health issues can cause these types of wounds, including poor circulation, diabetes and even immobility, which frequently leads to bed sores. At Sunflower Home Health, we are happy to provide our patients in the Mississippi delta area with the individualized wound care services that they need.
If you or a family member may require nursing assistance, it is important to opt for a high-quality provider who is able to provide the best possible care. At Sunflower Home Health, we have extensive experience in providing consistent and reliable nursing care to all of our patients. Apart from taking care of you or your loved one, we are committed to reducing all of the stress and anxiety of placing a family member in someone else's care.
