Able Carpets has been cleaning my carpets for many years and has cleaned my tile on occasion. They are extremely professional, always on time and very informative about what I can expect from their services! I always feel at ease when there technicians are in my home! I have had pet stains and juice stains from babies over the years that I thought would never come out and they always work their magic and make my carpet look like new! Patrick just came out to our new home for carpet cleaning ...he examined the carpet and said the previous owners must have had a dog because urine is throughout the carpet. OMG most people would have just cleaned the carpet but Patrick said we'd need to replace it it for best results. We took a rug that had been in storage to Able Carpet with very low expectations. Our older dog had gone to the bathroom on it several times and, although it was an expensive rug, we were hoping just to get the smell out of it so we could use it on our screened in porch. It was a last ditch effort and, again, we weren't expecting much. To our surprise, Able Carpet returned a rug that looked brand new. They had gotten all the stains and the smell out of the rug which was amazing. These people really know what they are doing when it comes to cleaning rugs. I will take any future rugs here

I called to get a price to clean a Karastan 8.5 X 11 wool area rug. Able quoted me $371 to pick it up, submerge clean and return in two weeks. Call me crazy, but that is over 10% of the cost of the rug when it was new. The most I ever paid in Chicago, for the same service (pickup, take offsite, submerge clean and return) was around $180 including tax. This was from local Chicago business where I actually visited their warehouse and saw the process...we used them for years. The reason I go into this detail is one of the Able owners challenged me on the price. I gave them all the information
